Calculative grow facility, TI, 3320 Research Way – MEP Design – Project Update
S3da Design was once again selected by its longtime client Evan Bellis for providing design services for a medical cannabis calculative grow facility in Carson City, NA. The client has asked us to start with the MEP and Energy calculations for this project.
The architectural team has begun the architectural documentation and is at the finalizing phase. Our team of engineers planned to make a preparatory submission by the last day of the month (exactly under 2 weeks from now) so that plans can be submitted to the municipality for check-in and check-out.
