S3DA Design has been contracted to provide MEP Design Services For converting a downstairs retail space into 2-unit apartments in University Ave, San Diego. There are currently two existing apartments on top of this space
As a first step, the client has submitted the architectural plans. S3DA Design will provide the mechanical, plumbing and electrical design stages and offers affordable and environmentally friendly options for the completion of this project.
