The Blue Wave project is adding much-needed housing and hotels to Imperial Beach. S3DA was awarded the structural and MEP design of this 73,000-sqft four-story complex, particularly because of our capabilities to handle both types of projects simultaneously. This is a unique approach that significantly reduces design clashes and offers a single source of responsibility, which leads to lower costs and adhered deadlines.
The project consists of 47 hotel rooms, 51 residential units, and an underground parking garage with 106 spaces. It also includes a two-story commercial building that adds a restaurant, shops, and an office.
