S3DA finished the Structural and MEP Design for a Restaurant at 62 W 16th St, Merced, CA 95340

The project will be approximately 3,500 square foot single-story, wood frame construction, a small, 56-seat restaurant located in Merced CA. S3DA is providing structural and MEP designs for this new construction.

The MEP included vent calcs, drainage riser diagrams, grease trap sizing, and calculations on the Sanitary design report – Coldwater design report, and Hot water design report.
