A homeowner wanted to convert his duplex apartment building into a single-family home. The client had an overall idea but needed assistance with the structural and MEP design.
S3DA took care of all the above-mentioned tasks and worked with the client until getting a permit. As always, we aimed for efficiency, taking into account existing designs and assisting the client with his goals in the most cost-efficient way.
