MEP Design for Fig St. Apartments, Escondido, CA

S3DA is presently working on the MEP Design for Fig Street Apt. at 664 N Fig Street, Escondido, CA 92025.

The Design is for a new three-story apartment building over ground-level parking. Total project units 11 base units, 4 density bonus units, and 15 total units (12 market rate, 3 targeted with restricted rents).

The design includes the air-conditioning station, air duct network, ventilation network, exhaust, and make-up air. Electrical design includes power systems, lighting systems, wiring devices, and miscellaneous equipment. An isometric diagram for cold/hot water and gas piping.
