Location: Oceanside CA

S3DA Design was tasked to do the providing Structural, MEP design and Title 24 of a structure. The Project involved 11,545 square foot four-unit Condo building located at 146 s Meyers St., Oceanside, CA.

Also, based on the given requirements, we realized that the structure was type V. All the exterior and interior bearing walls were made up of wooden walls.

Also, the first floor needed steel or concrete frame design to span over open space. Also, the roof framing system had to consist of open web trusses spanning between the bearing walls.  The trusses were supported by interior and perimeter wooden bearing walls. The project was finished in July 2022.
