Mechanical and Electrical design for 264 Carver Ave. Havana, FL 32323

S3DA has been awarded a project to upgrade the electrical and HVAC systems. The scope of work includes reusing the existing electrical service and installing a new power distribution system, performing load calculations, adding new interior/exterior lighting and controls, running outlets, and distributing power for HVAC equipment. For HVAC, S3DA will either provide a new system or reuse existing units along with new air distribution, perform load calculations and balancing, install exhaust fans, and develop HVAC analysis, schedules, and distribution plans to support the facility upgrades.
