The scope of work for the 5,672 SF, B-Business use group, V-B combustible construction Medical Office Building was:

Mechanical Design included an HVAC system, new air distribution devices, and air balance.

Electrical Design included New incoming electrical service from the utility transformer, a complete power distribution system, New interior lighting, emergency lighting, and control.

Plumbing Design included domestic water, water heating, sanitary, and venting for the building.
