S3DA has been awarded a project that includes MEP, Title 24, and Fire Sprinkler design. The scope of work includes creating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans, as well as modeling the building system for energy performance. Additionally, S3DA will design the fire sprinkler layout, hydraulic calculation, and material list.
