MEP design for 2 TI Restaurants at Raging Waters Venue, San Dimas, CA

S3DA Design received a prestigious award for this project, which involved designing MEP systems for two different Tenant Improvements. One was a separate building that offered Mexican cuisine in a lively setting. The other was an extension of an existing Pizza Kitchen that increased its space and functionality. This project is still underway.
