S3DA has been contracted to provide the engineering design for the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems for the project. Their scope of work includes creating mechanical specifications and plans, electrical specifications and diagrams, and plumbing specifications and layouts. They will generate the required calculations, schedules and details to fully design the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
