S3DA Design is providing MEP engineering design for a two-story single-family residence with an attached two-car garage in Phoenix, Arizona. The scope focuses on efficient HVAC distribution, safe electrical systems, and reliable plumbing infrastructure for a modern residential build. 

S3DA’s Scope 

• Mechanical Design: HVAC specifications, heat load report, floor plans, roof plans, rigid ductwork layout, schedules, calculations, and details. 

• Electrical Design: Electrical specifications, lighting and power plans, schedules, calculations, single-line diagram, and panel schedules. 

• Plumbing Design: Plumbing specifications, domestic water and sanitary drainage plans, 2D riser diagrams, natural gas plan, isometric riser diagram, schedules, calculations, and details. 

Key Challenges & Solutions
