MEP design for Adelanto Commercial Development in Adelanto, CA 

We provided specialized electrical engineering services for the Adelanto Commercial Development, a multi-use site featuring a Convenience Store (C-Store), a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), and a Fuel Canopy. This project required precise power distribution design to support both retail operations and specialized fueling infrastructure. 

Our scope of work included: 

• Retail & QSR Electrical: Comprehensive design of lighting and power floor plans, detailed Single-Line Diagrams (SLD), and panel schedules tailored to high-demand commercial equipment. 

• Fuel Canopy Design: Specialized electrical engineering for the fuel canopy, ensuring safety and compliance for fueling station operations. 

• Site Photometric Plan: A detailed site lighting analysis to ensure optimal illumination for safety, security, and local code compliance across the entire development.
