MEP design for EJ Dental Office, 3333 W Ramsey St., Banning, CA

S3DA has been awarded a project to provide full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design, including mechanical ventilation, ductwork, piping, and lighting designs in compliance with applicable codes, as well as energy modeling and Title 24 compliance. The scope involves mechanical load calculations, single-line diagrams, panel schedules, and circuiting plans for power and lighting, as well as sizing the HVAC, plumbing, gas, and hot water systems. S3DA will analyze the building envelope and systems using EnergyPro software and present the client with equipment and insulation options to meet energy performance targets.
