S3DA provided MEP design services for a tenant improvement (TI) project at Ideal Barbershop in Suite CC2A.

Scope Highlights:

• Mechanical: Heat load report, HVAC distribution with rigid ductwork, roof plans, and detailed mechanical schedules.
• Electrical: Lighting and power plans, panel schedules, single-line diagrams, and electrical specifications.

Plumbing: Domestic water and sanitary drainage layouts, gas piping, and isometric diagrams, along with comprehensive plumbing schedules and details.
