The project involves the adaptive reuse of an existing motel complex, including Building D (Area C), the Lobby Building, and Meeting Space facilities, transforming aging structures into modern, code-compliant hospitality accommodations.
Building D consists of 157 guest rooms distributed across two floors, including standard units, FHA-compliant units, and ADA-accessible accommodations designed to meet current accessibility requirements while maximizing operational efficiency.
