MEP Design – Sheikh Shoes Retail Store | Happy Valley,  OR

S3DA Design was engaged to provide Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC design services for a new Sheikh Shoes retail store. The scope of work focused on upgrading building systems to meet modern retail standards while maintaining efficiency and compliance.

Electrical Design:

• Integration with existing utility service and new main distribution board.
• Complete power distribution system, including branch circuit panel boards.
• New exit signs, interior lighting, façade lighting, and controls.
• Power supply for HVAC and other miscellaneous equipment.
• Rough-ins for outlets and low-voltage systems per owner’s requirements.

HVAC Design:

• New HVAC system with air distribution devices, load calculations, and air balance.
• Exhaust fans for restrooms and associated ductwork.
• Mechanical schedule and HVAC air distribution plans.

Energy Compliance:

• Energy documentation for lighting and HVAC systems in accordance with state-approved prescriptive methods.

This project enhances customer comfort, safety, and energy efficiency, following design standards from other successfully completed Sheikh Shoes locations.
