MEPF design for HGR Indoor Sports Facility Offices 492 Sutton St., North Andover, MA

S3DA will provide full MEP engineering design services for a new facility including electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems. Designs will be developed for both indoor office areas using systems like Mini-split HVAC, as well as outdoor spaces with considerations for ventilation and dry sprinklers. Electrical designs will cover power distribution, lighting and outlets. Plumbing will include new water and drainage systems. Fire protection will differentiate wet and dry sprinkler solutions.
