S3DA Design was engaged to provide structural engineering design for a new 25,000 sq. ft. premier club opening in the Dallas Design District. The facility will feature six indoor courts, a Juice Haus fresh juice bar, a full gym with recovery and wellness areas, and high-end locker rooms—offering public access for players of all skill levels, professional coaching, clinics, and vibrant social lounges.

- Loading analyses (Dead, Live, Seismic, and applicable Wind Loads) for mezzanine and stair systems
