- Foundation design ( eccentric and pad foundation)
To provide drawing of following items:
- Structural framing and details clearly indicated size of the beams , reinforcement for the floor and roof slabs, beams , columns and foundation
connection details.( specific and general details) - Staircase details
- Bar schedule
- Building regulation package including insulation, detail drawings of the walls, floors, cladding, drainage layout for sewer and RWP to meet building regulation
- Special details to achieve thermal and acoustic requirement for the flats
- Safety plan for flats and shops
- Electrical layout including detectors and emergency lighting
- Plumbing layout including hot water and cold water

All drawings should have been submitted in CAD and PDF format

Design standard: the structural steel-work was designed to BS8110 and Eurocode where applicable
