S3DA Design is working on a residential structural design project in the UK. It is three story building located in New road Gravesend, Gravesham Kent.
Scope of work: We should provide the Full building regulation package including structural calculation, drawings and details.
Description: Conversion of first, second and third floors, including loft space incorporating raised ridge height to form 6x studios and 1x two bedroomes self-contained flats.
Formation of a new Road entrance and installation of an external steel staircase at the rear to serve these, plus bicycle parking details and provision of a new shopfront and roller shutter to the ground floor shop of 21 New Road.
