S3DA has been awarded a project consisting of structural calculations and drawings for four identical buildings, along with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and Title 24 work. The scope of work includes loading analyses, design calculations, structural and MEP drawings, and energy modeling to achieve the owner’s required energy performance.
