The recently awarded project which is a residence conversion to an office and a new 2 story building (Storage)

includes comprehensive structural engineering services from load analysis through final construction documents. Structural calculations will be performed to determine wind, seismic, gravity and live loads, followed by the design of all key structural components including the roof, walls, foundations, beams and slab. Corresponding drawings will cover the structural plans and sections needed for construction, delivering a fully-coordinated design to safely support the new building from the ground up.
