S3DA was requested providing Structural, MEP and Title 24 for a Custom Residence for Calgold Properties in Victory LN., Rancho Mirage, CA 92270.

This 37,461 sq. ft. custom residence area included the main house, casita, patio, storage, and a 2 car garage. S3DA was tasked with the structural and MEP design of this project, given our unique ability to take care of both simultaneously, offering a final, clash-free design to the client. Noticing the flat roofs, we also proposed to develop a solar system to the client, which was approved. We have offered several equipment options to the client to choose from, guiding them to make a choice that would suit those most.

S3DA is now working on the wall framing shear wall schedule, main framing layout, foundation design and other details, as well as interior and exterior lighting, power design, communications cabling, and complete design of HVAC systems.

The building area breakdown included the followings

Total lot coverage = 6,808 sq.ft.
